The Roaster

With a patented computer-controlled ‘roasting eye’ reflectometer that monitors color development throughout the roasting process, the system filters the exhaust air, eliminating the need for outside venting. It recycles heat, but not exhaust, during the roasting process for superb energy efficiency. And because it is controlled by centralized Fresh Roast servers, it achieves a degree of roasting precision never seen before. All you have to do is plug it in, load the beans and push a button.
